Young Talents Awards Evening

To mark the gala dinner honouring the region’s young talents, the Panathlon Club Lugano invited us to help plan and host the evening. Together, we developed a fresh format, designed to focus not only on sporting achievements, but also on the journeys, emotions and values that accompany every young athlete. Through dynamic presentation, enriched by photographs and videos shared by the young people themselves, we sought to transform the ceremony into a genuine journey through their stories, giving voice to the sacrifices, passions and experiences that make every sporting journey unique.

The evening saw the presentation of awards to ten young athletes who, throughout 2025, had distinguished themselves in a wide variety of disciplines: alpine skiing, swimming, horse riding, triathlon, Paralympic swimming, athletics and chess. Different journeys, united by the same passion, perseverance and desire to grow through sport.

The award, organised by the Panathlon Club Lugano, looks beyond competitive results. Being a young talent means embodying values such as fair play, commitment, respect and personal growth – principles that the Club has been promoting for years through practical support for the younger generation.

Since 2019, the Panathlon Club Lugano has supported 42 young athletes aged between 14 and 18, allocating over 55,000 francs to their sporting careers. This investment demonstrates a commitment to supporting young people in their development, helping to build a healthy and forward-looking sporting culture.

For us at Reflection, it has been a pleasure to help give these young athletes a voice and share their experiences with the public. We believe that every sporting achievement is, first and foremost, a story of sacrifice, training, dreams and people who choose to push themselves every day.

We would like to thank the Panathlon Club Lugano for their trust and for involving us in organising an evening that celebrated not only talent but, above all, the most authentic values of sport.
